OAM-OAAM TAP Integration Fails After Patching OAM From 11.1.2.2.0 To 11.1.2.2.4 (Doc ID 2005960.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to load the URL, OAM is redirecting the user to the OAAM credential collector. However the OAAM credential collector has a error message:
  "There was some technical error processing your request. Please try again"
