Non-Flash Herarchy Viewer Does Not Provide All Functionality (Doc ID 2005984.1)

Symptoms

When the Flash player is disabled to display a Hierarchy Viewer included in a page, two issues are seen:
1) The search functionality is removed
2) It does not appear to be possible to set the node background colour to be solid. Using inlineStype="fill-type:solid" is ignored
