Symptoms

When attempting to use the Analytics Task Flow in a Custom Portal, the following error occurs.

Analytics Service is not available: database schema is incomplete, please check Collector component has run successfully

 
STEPS:

  1. Add the Analytics Task Flow from resource Catalog to a page in a custom Portal.
  2. Run the Portal.
  3. When accessing the page you will get the error.
