Using Run Script creates incorrect Result in SQLDeveloper (Doc ID 2007101.1)

Symptoms

SQL Developer shows two different output for the same query. The output is empty in Run script(f5, but correct output is showing in run statement(f9).

Run the query with 'Run Statement'. The output looks like this:

  あ
 
  b. Run the query with 'Run Script(F5)'. The output looks like this:
 
  F1                                    
  ----------------------------------------

   (Empty)
