WsdlcTask cannot be found When Compiling Web Service In WebLogic Environment (Doc ID 2007520.1)

On:
Weblogic 12.1.3, JDK 1.7.0_60
Red Hat Enterprise 6
WsdlcTask, JAXWS Webservices


When trying to compile a web service with Weblogic 12.1.3 using the WsdlcTask, the following error is generated:

class weblogic.wsee.tools.anttasks.WsdlcTask cannot be found
using the classloader AntClassLoader[E:\Oracle\Oracle_Home\wlserver\server\lib\weblogic.jar;E:\Oracle\Oracle_Home\wlserver\server\lib\wls-api.jar]

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a wsdl file.
2. Create Ant build.xml that uses wsdlc:
  classname="weblogic.wsee.tools.anttasks.WsdlcTask"/>
3. Execute the Ant task
4. The error will be generated.
