Tuxedo JCA Gateways Fail Over Takes A Long Time (Doc ID 2007687.1)

Symptoms

Multiple active Tuxedo gateways are "crashed" and one of the inactive Tuxedo gateways is started.

Tuxedo JCA requests remain "hung" waiting for recovery for a time. Eventually they are received at the Tuxedo gateway and processed.

How can we avoid latencies during fail over on WAS with Tuxedo JCA to Tuxedo gateways?
