現象

 
Windows 7 32bit 上に Weblogic server 10.3.4.0 インストール、および Forms Builder 11.1.1.2 から 11.1.1.4 へアップグレードする際、ドメイン作成中 11% でハングします。

以下のログが出力され、構成プロセスが停止されます。
