In Contributor UI Search, Name Field is Not Displayed, and Modified Date is Not Formatted (Doc ID 2008955.1)

Symptoms

In the WebCenter Sites Contributor UI, in the search results the name field is not displayed and the format of the Modified field is YYYYMMDDMMSS instead of the usual YY/MM/DD MM:SS.

Additionally, in the Admin UI, when viewing the Admin tab -> Search -> Configure Attributes for Index, the Global index has no attributes.
