Goal

This is an explanation of the Configuration variable WORKFLOW_STEP_NAME:WorkflowRenotification=false"  ( where WORKFLOW_STEP_NAME is replaced by the actual Workflow Step name). 

• Used to stop notification emails, sent for every Workflow item, to a new user added to WebCenter Content (WCC) Workflow Alias, while still allowing update notifications.
• If multiple workflows share the same step name, then all of the steps will have the same renotification flag.
• Step name is case sensitive.
• Generic flag and not just for entry step only.
