Forms Recognition Creates Erroneous ScanDate Value in Input Agent Text File of "2015--0-13", should be "2015-05-13" (Doc ID 2009738.1)

Symptoms

When the export txt file is created by Forms Recognition, the date format for the ScanDate field is incorrect. The output txt file that is created contains the erroneous value for the ScanDate of "2015--0-13". The complete line from the file appears as:

/imaging/shared/export/591_84a00d3b-77f8-4453-94fe-3ddec24281c7_204_2015-05-13.tif|OFR||591|84a00d3b-77f8-4453-94fe-3ddec24281c7|2015--0-13|||SCAN|0943729|2008-11-18|1504.65|2075|CUSTNAME|365847|
@Support|InvoiceImport|/imaging/shared/export/591_84a00d3b-77f8-4453-94fe-3ddec24281c7_204_2015-05-13.XML

If the value is manually changed from "2015--0-13" to "2015-05-13", the Imaging Input Agent processes the file without issue.
