Delete operation for any content are not getting tracked by the Content Tracker in WCC

If Content Tracker is enabled, after deleting content from UCM, the delete operation should be logged in SCTACCESSLOG table.

However, UCM doesn't log any delete operations to the SCTACCESSLOG table
