Symptoms

Oracle Virtual Directory Library (liboVD) 11g, e.g., 11.1.1.7.0.

Unable to login to Oracle Business Process Management Suite (BPM) Workspace using the Administrative WLS user, which is a local user and not configured as part of an LDAP directory server.
