The Display is Different Between Forms 11gR1 and Forms 11gR2 on Radio Button/check box

Symptoms
This issue is ONLY applicable to Japaneses OS Client (end user) machines.
Using Forms 11.1.2.2, a radio button/check box with the following properties
Shows a '.' (dot, period) symbol in the lower right hand corner of the radio button/check box. The SAME form running in a 11.1.1.7 runtime environment DOES NOT show this issue.
Changes
The Form (and / or Forms application) was migrated from 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.x) to 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.x)
