Symptoms

The journalizing columns (JRN_FLAG, JRN_DATE and JRN_SUBSCRIBER) are not displayed in the logical tab and cannot be selected for Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Mapping.

This featured existed in ODI 11g and these columns were used to load target columns.
