ORA-12899 (too large value for a column) occurs to B2B_EXT_BUSINESS_MESSAGE.ERROR_TEXT column on SOAINFRA schema.

At this time, the error contents in SOA server diagnostic log includes mult-byte character (e.g. Japanese) output as follows.

When the error contents are output only in English, this issue does not occur.
