Symptoms

Installation appeared to be successful. However, when the integrated workbook is opened in Excel, the buttons in the worksheets do not work and the custom ribbon tab does not appear.

Run the ADFdi Client Health Check tool to confirm that the ADFdi add-in is disabled. See <Document: 2010222.1> How to use ADF Desktop Integration Client Health Check Tool.
