Oracle iPlanet Web Server Crashes When Using WebLogic 12c Plug-In (Doc ID 2014344.1)

Symptoms

iPlanet web server seeing periodic crashes. The iPlanet errors logs shows the following errors:

[03/Apr/2015:02:32:12] catastrophe (19839): CORE3260: Server crash detected (signal SIGSEGV)
[03/Apr/2015:02:32:12] info (19839): CORE3261: Crash occurred in NSAPI SAF wl_proxy
[03/Apr/2015:02:32:12] info (19839): CORE3262: Crash occurred in function apr_table_get from module /cwtapp/p28prod1a/webserver/sun/webserver7/plugins/wls-plugin/lib/libapr-1.so.0
