Are there any OOTB task flow or API can be used for accessing liked content inside WCP?

e.g. Is it possible to expose the liking information as following manner:-

Row1 Content name 1 , Liked by (User name), Liked Date
Row2 Content name 2 , Liked by (User name), Liked Date
Row3 Content name 3 , Liked by (User name), Liked Date
