OHS 11g Fails to Start with Error: Undefined Symbol: Nzos_GetSessionMasterSecret (Doc ID 2014830.1)

Symptoms

When configured with WebGate 11.1.2.3 and OAM 11.1.2.2, OHS 11g fails to start with the following error:

ORACLE_HOME/ohs/bin/apachectl startssl: execing httpd
httpd.worker: Syntax error on line 1035 of ORACLE_HOME/ohs1/config/OHS/ohs1/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 4 of ORACLE_HOME/ohs1/config/OHS/ohs1/webgate.conf: Cannot load ORACLE_HOME/webgate/ohs/lib/webgate.so into server: ORACLE_HOME/webgate/ohs/lib/webgate.so: undefined symbol: nzos_GetSessionMasterSecret
