There is a VM where WLS/OSB admin server was hosted. The VM was corrupted and it could not be restored. A new VM was created, and the file server of the corrupted VM (OSB env) was mounted to it. From that moment, it is impossible to perform any project-related administrative tasks from the OSB Console, ie: export/import services, since the project tree is not visible.
The admin server log displays the below errors:
