Goal

Digital Asset Manager (DAM) is used for image conversion and processing . It can be configured either with Image Magick (IM) , nConvert , Image Alchemy or Outside In Technology (OIT) module for processing of the images and metadata extraction.

This can be extended to watermark the images with "texts" as per requirements, just like the PDF content items can be watermarked using the PDFWatermark component.

To achieve this requirement, a couple of Image Magick command line parameters have to be used, and this document details the steps for achieving images with watermarks using DAM and IM.
