Request Can Be Modified During Validation Process (Doc ID 2018756.1)

When requesting a resource using 'Identity self service', the request is not "locked" and form fields of the resource being requested can be modified.
Typically, the manager can modify "Request details" tab of the request during approval process.

Is there a way to lock this tab ?
