This only affects WebCenter Portal that is integrated with the Oracle Fusion Applications product. Standalone WebCenter Portal is not affected.
Symptoms
When attempting to create a Space from a Fusion Applications Project Template an error occurs:
The project or project template was created. However, system errors occurred during the creation process. (PJF-2235908)
The project space was not created because of an internal error (PJF-2235734)
