Goal

Unlike ODI 10g/11g studio, when ODI 12c Studio application starts, it opens/uses a port randomly. You can check output of "netstat -a" command before and after starting studio component.
The port number is taken randomly. This might cause issues with other applications running on the same box and which are configured to use specific ports. Errors might be reported that the port is already used.

There appears to be no way to configure or control the port numbers used by ODI Studio.
