Goal

An ADF Fusion Web Application is being developed using JDeveloper 12.1.3.0.0.
The application uses ADF security and ReadOnlySqlAuthenticator in WLS.

How to limit the number of instance/session only to one, so if the user already opened a session, he should not be allowed to open another one?
