Symptoms
SS_PARSE_FRIENDLY_URL is not returning siteID and nodeId for SSXA sites.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to content Server.
2. Try to execute the call:
/cs/idcplg?IdcService=SS_PARSE_FRIENDLY_URL&IsSoap=1&ssFriendlyUrl= http://pp82:16290/web_de/info/index.html
3. See the Error.
