Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.0) audit is setup with "Medium" Filter Preset. However, lockout events not audited.

Audit events Audit events "UserAccountLocked" and "UserAccountUnlocked" are not getting  captured in audit logs when using OAM Password Policy Validation Authn module.
