Can't Boot TMJAVASVR Due To TUXJ_CAT:131: ERROR: Failed To Parse Tuxedo Java Server Config. (Doc ID 2028311.1)

Symptoms

TMJAVASVR can't be booted up. It fails due to TUXJ_CAT:131: ERROR: Faied to parse Tuxedo Java server config.
