'ODI-10082: You are not authorized to View the Object: SnpSubLang.Aggregation.label: 9999' When Executing a Scenario or a Load Plan in ODI 11.1.1.7 (Doc ID 2028563.1)

Symptoms

Customer has an interface that transfers data from one database to another, in ODI 11.1.1.7.
Based on this interface, a Scenario and a Load Plan were created and are executed using a Standalone Agent.

Additionally a new profile was created, named "CUSTOM OPERATOR" by duplicating the OPERATOR profile and the following methods / privileges were added:

• Language / View
• Language Element / View

These privileges were set up as "Generic Privilege".
The profile "CUSTOM OPERATOR" was assigned to user "CUSTOM_OPERATOR", along with the "CONNECT" profile.

After restarting the Standalone Agent and connecting with user "CUSTOM_OPERATOR" in ODI Studio, when executing the Load Plan the error below occurs:

If connecting in ODI Studio with SUPERVISOR user and executing the Load Plan, it executes successfully.

After that, connecting with user CUSTOM_OPERATOR in ODI Studio and executing the the Load Plan, it also executes successfully.

If the Standalone Agent is restarted, the Load Plan execution will fail again (with the error above) when connecting with the user CUSTOM_OPERATOR in ODI Studio.

Whenever the Standalone Agent is restarted, the Load Plan execution will fail when executing it with the CUSTOM_OPERATOR user.
