Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.11 version, WebCenter Content Server with Desktop Integration Suite Client version 11.1.8.1122:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Even though the user has the variable 'FrameworkFoldersExcludeIllegalPathChars=#,&,^' set in the WebCenter Content Server configuration, the '^' character is still not usable in files and folders.
