Enterprise Capture Database Lookup Hit List has Inconsistent Date Formats (Doc ID 2030491.1)

Symptoms

While performing a database lookup, the popup date is appearing as "DD:MM:YYYTHH:MM:SS" format, whereas in the database view, it is in "MM:DD:YYYY" format.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a database look up profile.
2. Select any date type field for database lookup.
3. Compare the format.
