Index Engine Changed from OracleTextSearch to Database.FullText Configured with Framework Folders Generates Error when Folder is Selected for Search: "..Unable to return results." (Doc ID 2031233.1)

On : version, Content Server

When executing a standard search with folder (FrameWork) selected and search/index engine is DATABASE.FULLTEXT (changed from ORACLETEXTSEARCH), an error is generated.

Event generated by user 'weblogic' at host 'localhost:16200'. Error occurred while processing. Unable to return results. [ Details ]
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.

intradoc.common.ServiceException: !csSearchUnableToReturnResults
3:getSearchResults,**no captured values**

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps following change of Index from OracleTextSearch to Database.FullText:
1. Verify WebCenter Content search engine is DATABASE.FULLTEXT.
2. Enable FrameworkFolders.
3. Restart the WebCenter Content server.
4. Rebuild the Index.
5. Create a Folder.
6. Assign an existing content to the folder.
7. Navigate to the standard search page.
8. Browse/Select the new folder.
9. Click Search, Error is generated.


 Modified Search/Index Enginer from OracleTextSearch to Database.FullText.
