List Of Value In Custom ADF Task Flow Showing No Data After An Amount Of Time (Doc ID 2031555.1)

Symptoms

A Webcenter Portal application was developed based on ADF 11.1.1.5.0, connecting to a Database, and was deployed to a WebCenter Portal custom managed server.
It calls an ADF task flow.

The web.xml timeout for the application is set to 60 minutes for inactive users.  If users are inactive for 60 minutes, a pop up message is correctly displayed, and the user is required to login again.

However, even if the user is active, after approximately 1 hour of using the task flow, some LOV in the task flow start to show no data.
It is expected that a user would see the data, as their session didn't time out.

No error is seen in the logs.
