Symptoms

After setting a staged-data snapshot with predefined SQL, there is a need to parameterize the snapshot SQL when executing the job (via a command line).

The snapshot_sql parameter is externalized and is being passed through the "runopsjob" command, but the parameter is being omitted while executing the job.
