Symptoms

Synchronising Eclipse with CSDT via remote connection fails with exception:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Reading all asset types returned status: Forbidden
     at com.fatwire.csdt.rest.RestProvider.getAllAssetTypes(RestProvider.java:88)
     at com.fatwire.csdt.util.CSDPUtil.getAllAssetTypes(CSDPUtil.java:634)
     at com.fatwire.csdt.ui.SyncDialog._getCS2WorkspaceItem(SyncDialog.java:126)
     at com.fatwire.csdt.ui.SyncDialog.initGUI(SyncDialog.java:59)
     at com.fatwire.csdt.toolbar.actions.SyncScreen.run(SyncScreen.java:40)
     at org.eclipse.ui.internal.PluginAction.runWithEvent(PluginAction.java:251)
