ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When accessing WebCenter Portal some Icons/Images are now shown if using IE browser.

The same works in Chrome and Firefox.

Accessing the icons/images directly works.
For example, one of the missing icons was the search icon.
But access to the icon directly using full URL like the following works:

http://server:port/webcenter/adf/webcenter/go_search.png

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the icons and images in all browsers.
