Sites Indexing Not Working Intermittently (Doc ID 2034889.1)

Symptoms

The modified Asset Name and Modified Date are not getting updated in the search results when an asset is updated, but the updated name is displayed correctly in the edit form.

Changes

 The environment is clustered and all ehCaches are configured to use multicast with timeToLive=1 but the Cluster Info pages for the caches show "There are no remote cluster members configured for the cache notifier."
