Symptoms

In Exalogic virtual racks, IAAS CLI commands/scripts used on EKIT Provision vServer (used for EMOC related tasks like creating templates, vServers etc) fail with "Could not send HTTP request: Remote host closed connection during handshake (120122)" error when connecting to EMOC HTTPS URL.

Following is the error message seen when running IAAS CLI commands/scripts.
