mod_tuxedo Doesn't Perform A tpinit() With The User Credentials For A USER_AUTH Secured Domain (Doc ID 2035437.1)

When using Apache (acting as Tuxedo Clent for a WebService call) ahead of a secured Tuxedo Application (with SECURITY set to USER_AUTH in Tuxedo Application configuration (a.k.a. ubbconfig)) getting the following errors:

- in Tuxedo log: 

HHMISS.tuxedoApplicationHostName!httpd.5406.896858080.1: LIBTUX_CAT:6244: ERROR: Application password does not match

- in Apache log: 

[Thu May dd HH:MI:SS 2015] [error] mod_tuxedo: cannot tpinit <AppdirFullPath>/TUXCONFIG: 8
