Symptoms
After upgrading Enterprise Capture from 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9, and following the Patching Guide for Capture, upon the completion of upgrade, accessing the dc-concole page [http://XXXX:16400/dc-console] is returning a blank page.
Error from Log:
Cannot set credential. Reason oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAlreadyExistsException: JPS-01007: The credential with map ADF and key already exists
