Symptoms

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g.

Navigating to Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) > Security tab > Password Policy > <realm policy>.

Clicking on Password Policy to change the policy, nothing happens when clicking on the Apply button. Switching to another tab and then back, the changes are not applied.

Or, trying to set Grace Login Constraint for the password policy returns popup error:
