On: Weblogic 10.3.6 version, Application Container - JavaEE
The Weblogic server hangs and cannot process any message. No log output is recorded in the server log after "STANDBY" thread occurs (see below). You can see many messages are stuck in the queue by checking Monitor/Thread on admin console.
The server is only back to normal only by restarting it. All stuck messages processed successfully and log output is also back to normal.
