Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.0) Keberos/WNA authentication fails with the following error:
"User account is locked. Contact the Administrator"
- Issue only occurs for some users
- Issue does not occur if using ldap authn scheme
