Goal

+. How to Generate a Destination LDIF output file from Source LDIF File using DIP SyncProfileBootstrap Command.?

Usage Scenario: In some cases, some source LDIF files need to be converted to Destination LDIF files based on mapping rules. This is useful in cases when Source data is enormous and which needs initial migration.

Other available methods might interrupt the initial bootstrap process in case of huge source data.  So this method would be quick and doesn't need connection between Source and Destination LDAP server to be maintained during the initial data migration.

Once the Destination LDIF file is generated, then this file can be copied locally to the Destination LDAP server and data can be imported using importldif into OUD and using bulkload into OID etc.
