On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to perform a full collection rebuild the rebuild fails and
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the content server -> admin -> admin applets
2. Click administration -> repository manager -> indexer tab
3. Click on bottom rebuild button (do not choose fast)
4. Indexing fails

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see their content correctly to perform their daily tasks which causes frequent calls to the help desk and a loss of productivity.
