Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PDF file looks distorted in Content Presenter.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the pdf file as it looks as it was originally.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps: 

  1. Enable pdf conversion formats under converter configuration in content server Administration.
     
  2. Upload a pdf file.
     
  3. Display the pdf file using content presenter.
    Here you will see the file looks distorted.
