Symptoms

Getting the below exception in WebLogic (WLS) 12.1.3 when the JPA validation that is triggered at the application startup phase is missing a Jar dependency on Hibernate.
When testing the same application in WLS 12.1.1 and 12.1.2, it works without any issues.
