Symptoms
VendorASSA pool does not display special characters correctly if importing from ODBC Data Source configured against an Oracle database. Special characters that exist in the database such as "ß" is imported and displayed in the vendor pool as "?". If this same import is performed from csv file, the data displays without problem.
