After checking an image into the content server to be converted using Inbound Refinery (IBR) and Image Magick, sometimes the native file will not show the resolution on the renditions page.

It is expected that if the native file contains resolution information when being checked in for conversion that the resolution information will show up on the renditions page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check in a file for conversion by IBR and Image Magick
2. Check the renditions page for the converted item
3. Sometimes the resolution information will be there and sometimes it will not be

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, there is productivity lost as the Public Affairs department needs to send 300 dpi images only to media outlets and they are unable to know at a glance which images are 300dpi.
