After Upgrading Forms Recognition From 10.1.3.5 To 18.104.22.168 It Is Not Possible to Connect To The Oracle DB

After upgrading from OFR 10.1.3.5 to WFR 126.96.36.199, it is not possible to connect to the Oracle database. The administrator in the 10.1.3.5 version projectfile contained a password. In WFR 188.8.131.52, there was no password. Is is normal to have an issue with the database connection during an upgrade requiring a reset and export again?
