Goal

After upgrading from OFR 10.1.3.5 to WFR 11.1.1.8, it is not possible to connect to the Oracle database.  The administrator in the 10.1.3.5 version projectfile contained a password.  In WFR 11.1.1.8, there was no password. Is is normal to have an issue with the database connection during an upgrade requiring a reset and export again?
